Owners's Information Guide:

If you are an Owner you can access your owner portal here.

Please use your portal for the following:

 - View your monthly Owner Statement and Reports

 - View your unit's Work Orders and Invoices

 - View shared documents and electronic tax forms

 - Make contributions to your account

If you would like utility bills and association bills sent to our office to be paid on your behalf please let us know so we can make arrangements with the HOA.

You won't need to stress about getting gas bills to us in time.  Once we receive gas bills from the HOA they are posted to the renter's portal for payment; and a bill is entered to be paid to the HOA on your behalf.

Monthly Guide of Operations:
Between the 1st and the 5th of the month - rent is collected from your renters.  

Between the 3rd and 7th of the month - once funds have cleared all outstanding bills are paid on your behalf.

10th of every month - all owner's receive their Owner Monthly Payout via ACH or check as long as all funds have cleared.  Owner Statements are sent and can be viewed on your portal.
