If you are a current renter of TORG Realty, Inc. you may access your online tenant portal here.
Please use your portal for the following:
- Pay rent and other charges associated with your account
- Submit online maintenance requests and monitor the status
- Review shared documents
- Sign and view Lease Renewals, Addendum's, Notices, etc.
Each Four Lakes building belongs to different HOA Associations. Here is a current list of Rules and Regulations associated with your Unit. To determine which Association you belong to please review your Lease Addendum.
